We have a really great opportunity for a suitably skilled Social Media and Content Coordinator to join a reputable client based in the Ballina / Byron region. The role is full time permanent Monday to Friday however is also open to someone seeking a part time opportunity, working 4 days per week Monday to Thursday.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your role will focus on coordinating the social media calendar, creation of content and assisting with paid social and Influencer campaigns. This is a very interesting company and range of products, with a great team culture and huge potential in the market.
What you will be doing in the role:Assisting the Marketing Manager in planning and executing seasonal campaigns across all social media platformsManage the social media section of the marketing calendarScheduling for all social media platforms including sub-accountsWork closely with the copywriter for all social media and blog postsWorking closely with the Graphic Designer to conceptualise, create and design breakthrough reactive and branded social assets to build brand awareness, increase social followers, and grow engagement metricsMonitor the performance and engagement of social media platforms and provide regular reportingCoordinate paid social media advertising using Facebook Ads and other channels as neededSupport the Marketing Manager in budget management and forecasting for Paid Social and Influencer MarketingLiaise with their external agency to ensure the optimum ROI for all social media advertisingExplore new opportunities on other social channels such as Twitter, Pinterest and SnapchatAssist in other areas of the marketing team; PPC, Display and CRM
Requirements for the role include:At least 2 years' recent experience in a similar roleRetail / ecommerce brand experience would be idealExceptional knowledge and proven results in content creation and experience working across various social platforms.Creative and innovative approach with a key interest in staying up to date with the latest in social media and marketing best practicesKnowledge of cross media advertising, social media and web marketingUltra-organised and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines within a fast-paced environmentReceptive to changing priorities, feedback and directiongreat attention to detail with A positive attitude and initiative with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get things doneExcellent communication, grammatical and spelling skillsMust be able to work from their Northern Rivers NSW office
